Pt. Vishwanath Pandey Mahavidyalaya, Surar, Kanpur Nagar (PIN Code: 209101), was established in the academic session 2020–21 by Mr. Arun Pandey* in loving memory of his late father, Pt. Vishwanath Pandey Ji. The college is located in a rural region and was founded with a clear commitment to bringing quality higher education closer to students from nearby villages, especially those who otherwise have limited access to such opportunities.

Our mission is to empower rural youth—both boys and girls—by providing accessible, affordable, and value-based higher education that enables them to grow academically, professionally, and socially.
